Rotating blowout preventer is installed in the top of wellhead blowout preventer unit, namely removing overflow resisting pipes and replacing them with rotating blowout preventer installed. Rotating blowout preventer can seal drill pipe and Kelly bars, allow drilling tool rotating under limited wellhead pressure for pressurized drillling operations.
